We'll start the evening with hors d'oeuvres , followed by dinner, a live auction and finishing out band and fun dancing. The auction will feature equine dental equipment, art, and other carefully selected items from around the world! This fast paced event is truly unique and something you won't find anywhere else.

Attendees who have already registered for the convention may book directly through the IAED rooming list by simply emailing the IAED your dates, and room type preference. Your room is not confirmed until we email you a confirmation.
You are responsible for organizing your own transportation. An Uber ride costs approximately $30 each way and can be shared with other members to further reduce cost.

If you need to cancel due to Covid-19 we will provide a full cash refund. Covid related cancellations may include canceled flights, new travel restrictions to or from your country of origin, or a positive Covid test.
Voluntary cancellations ie choosing not to come due to a perceived or real increased risk may be able to receive a future credit.
